Sun tan city rude employees - SUN TAN CITY

Sun tan city rude employees, The first night I went and asked for the all access package for one month but I knew cost approximately 80 some dollars, the manager told me that I was wrong the only package they had cost $122 or $144, when another employee found it as , I spray tanned and tanned that very night, the next day when I arrived and said my name the new girl at the desk grunted and laughed, I let that go, the girl told me that I must fill out a form containing information about how I tan, I told her that I was in a hurry and I would do it the next time she said I could Not tan without doing it, I said why couldn't I have done it last night when I had a 45 minute wait when I was also tanning, this day I just wanted a spray tan, she rudely told me to fill it out or that I wouldn't be able to spray tan, I told her I wanted to speak to the manager, she said that she was the manager, when I said your managers the person I wanted to speak to you she again told me that she was the manager, I told her that I would just cancel my membership, she grunted and laughed again.. I can't help but wonder why Sun Tan city does not teach their employees to be customer service friendly
