Pushing of products, inconsistent booths, long wait time.
I was pushed to buy one of your new primers from a staff member. Not only was this primer expensive, but it made my spray tans ineffective. The worker kept saying "its amazing and will make your tan 10* darker"! If anything it made my tan lighter. I understand that your workers get a commission from selling products, but you might want to make sure the products actually work before stocking them on your shelves for an absurdly marked up price. I also don't understand why primer is not included in the spray tan solution like most tanning salons and why you need to spend $30 on primers? Your different tanning salons are also very inconsistent with what they offer. Some salons have updated, better machines, while others fall short and have old and broken machines. I think that if you are spending the same amount of money for each tanning location, then the customer should be prioritized by not having to travel out of their way to get to a salon that provides the spray tanning booth they prefer (due to lack of consistency with your different salons equipment). Also, I cannot stress enough how tedious and time consuming the wait time is for your customers. Today I had to wait 30 minutes to use a spray tan booth that should have taken about 5 minutes for the person to use. The salon I went to (Frankfort, KY) had a broken spray tan machine that "breaks often". Perhaps they should use the money from all these peoples memberships to update and fix their machines (that their members are paying their hard earned money for). Strongly considering cancelling my membership and just using a local salon that is more consistent and less time consuming.
